NEWS & UPDATES FROM THE FIELD
Uganda 72 windows report / Andrew Mbaziira
One thing I know is that, the one who began this great spiritual awakening through the 72w program is able to sustain it until it reaches to the people on his heart.
This is a place which is 95% Moslems,in one village there are 5mosques but one church and of which more teaching is needed that where I see the 72w more applicable , and according to the mobilisation I believe many will turn up for the crusade and conference.
Today is my second last day to set off the 72w crusade and conference, and I’m doing my final preparation I have been able to print about 17 books but still these are very few because the conference and the crusade we’re believing God for a great turn up,so believing God for I am believing God for something like 53 more books at least. We ask God to provide even for other things.
We bless the Lord for the on going program of the 72w conference and crusade some people have pledged to help me bring some local food to feed the people who will come for the conference, so I see God working out miracles on the side of printing the 72w books I have not yet got some one to help me but as usual let’s trust the Lord and keep praying because the days are running so fast.
Thanks Rev. As an individual the 72w program has helped my ministry to grow to another level in several ways, I am an evangelist who likes teaching and preaching the word of the Lord . Thanks to God for this program that my ministry life have gone to another level, I have learned to read the Bible apply the word of God in its right context, it helped me to see Christ Jesus from the book of Genesis to Revelation.
I have come to be totally persuaded and convinced of what God has called me to do , and that’s is why every time you hear me on a mission, conferences, open air crusades and through the 72w program by the grace of the Lord this year beginning afresh doing church planting because there is need to plant true Bible believing churches. Taught me to work as a team because right now I have a small team I am working with. By the grace of the Lord wherever we’re taking the 72w program people’s lives have been changed.
Lives changed spiritually and physically, from the reports I get many have developed a deep Sense for the love of God, the salvation plan of God, developed great desires to dig deep in the word of God, coming together in different groups has been another way learning and coming to know each other, people are giving their lives to Jesus because some come in the groups when they are not born again but the teaching of the 72w they give their lives to Jesus, many end yielding to what the Bible teaches like baptism, the list is really endless. We have been able to reach different places with this program like Wakiso that is Nalumunye, Matuga, Katale, Kiti Mukono, Kyetume, Kityabule, Kampala, Jinja, Iganga, Winha, Luuka, Budaka, Kamokoli, Kadimukoli.
And many other places, many people are calling us to go to their Churches . The challenges have been that group I am working with is still small yet the opportunities are many, also another challenge has been that we need God to provide money for to print the books, because they are easy to understand and have a great spiritual impact, due to lack of enough money to print the books we’ve ended up in other areas you teach and promise to take the books later but sometimes we fail. My commitments include, taking this program to places it has not reached, to train a great a group of leaders who will help me, to plant biblically grounded churches because this program has opened my eyes to see that many churches are off the truck. Thanks a lot for your support it is doing great work on the ground, me and my group we’re in praying and fasting , for 30 days for the next 72w conference and crusade plus church planting in a place called Nawanzu, purely an Islamic area like 95% the people are Moslems, it have been a great hub for the ADF rebels in Uganda but the Lord told us to take the 72w program and a crusade their area and to begin for the Lord a church in that place.

2023 Report
We thank God for the far we have gone with the project, it has not been easy but we thank God we have achieved a lot in terms of spiritual growth. This program was started by a small group at Pinyoyie church and later spreaded in other parts of Kenya. This year, 2023, we thank God because when we find out the total group we have since we kicked off the program, we have 37 groups with not less than 15 per group. In this number,5 groups failed but 30 succeeded in terms of study plans, some graduated while others still on progress.
Message from Pastor Stephen Oketch (Kenya)
I thank the Lord for His abundant grace towards us for the past two years of running the Bible Study Project. The project was started by a vision of Rev.Teddy for the African Christian Churches.
May our heavenly father bless Rev. Teddy together with sisters and brothers who has been studying with in both prayers and support that has made it easy to run for that time to date. The program has blessed many both our pastors, church leaders and church members. To know the word is one way of knowing God, his son Jesus and their plan for mankind.
Work plan 2024
Since we have started many groups in Kenya and few in Tanzania. We thought of it wise to write down this work plan for the smooth running of the program from January to December. It is our prayer that God willing we shall be going around visiting at least three or four groups in a month. That will allow us to visit about thirty-six (36) groups at their places of studies in a year. We have planned to have quarterly leaders meeting and training in a year, that is four (4) times in a year. One in February, April, August and November.
Prayer request for Bible Study Program
It is our prayer that the Lord will provide the following for the program sustainability:
– Motorcycle
We have used a lot of money in hiring and fueling other people’s motorcycles which has been helping us to reach different groups and communities and it will be good is the Lord many give this office a motorcycle for cheap and easy movements in the year 2024.
– Sustainability fund
For the leaders training, provision of money is needed for lunch or maybe transport in some occasions because we shall be travelling when visiting the groups, it may be good if your office may be at the position of providing lunch.
– Printing materials
Since we are going to have a high demand of the teaching materials (books) Our office will need more printing materials in the year 2024.
– Bible supply
We have some new groups, which do not have copies of the bible for references during the study time, it is our prayer that the Lord may help us to get some copies. Of the bible both in Luo, English and Kiswahili.
– Library
For it is our wish that many of our learners may know more about the word of God. We are praying that God willing we may get more reference books in our Library e.g. commentary books, Dictionaries, Bible Literature books and some writing materials including ruled papers, manila papers, marker pens and biro pens.
